Welcome to The Loft Stage

The Loft Stage at East Ridge, a 938 seat state of the art facility, is home to East Ridge High School Band, Orchestra, Choir and Theater as well as the primary venue for Woodbury Community Theater, East Metro Symphony Orchestra and many of our community's best fine arts events. If you have not yet visited the Loft, check out An Evening with Shakespeare, coming this February to The Loft Stage!
FEBRUARY 3RD-4TH A Wilder Night of Theater

The Loft Stage proudly presents Thornton Wilder's Childhood and The Long Christmas Dinner. Childhood is a provocative, sometimes chilling comedy, where Wilder renders a child’s eye view of the grown-up world, as father, mother, and their three children play a revealing game of make-believe. The Long Christmas Dinner is a charming slice of American life covering 90 Christmas dinners with the Bayard family.

Holocaust Survivor and Author Anita Dittman Shares Her Inspiring Story of Survival & Hope

Monday, October 17th
6:30pm – 8:00pm
The Loft Stage at ERHS

Anita Dittman was just a little girl when the winds of Hitler and Nazism began to blow through Germany. By the time she was 12, the war had begun. Abandoned by her father when he realized the price of being associated with a Jewish wife and family, Anita and her mother were ultimately left to fend for themselves. Anita’s teenage years were spent desperately fighting for survival, yet learning to trust the One she discovered would not leave her. Anita’s book, “Trapped in Hitler’s Hell” is described as “shocking and disturbing, yet hopeful and inspiring … an incredible story you will never forget.”
